Shipping/delivery
After payment via the desired payment option, your order will be delivered within the number of working days indicated for the products in the order.
Confirmation
As soon as an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent. As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code will be sent.
Returns
The ordered items can be returned within 30 days. The items must be complete, unworn and unwashed.
The items must be provided with the product label and be returned in the original packaging. It is not possible to return underwear.
When returning a shipment, you must fill in the relevant items on the returns form. The package can be delivered to a PostNL service point. After receipt, a return will be processed as soon as possible. Once processed, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few days to the account with which the order was paid.
Warranty conditions
Districtindigo.com has a warranty period of six months. Within this period, Districtindigo.com is responsible for replacing or repairing the product. If replacement or repair is no longer possible, the consumer will receive a coupon worth the purchase price. This can be redeemed on a next purchase.
Complaints
We request that you check the delivered products as soon as possible. In any case, before use. If there is a complaint about products supplied by us, please send an email to [email protected] with photos clearly showing the complaint. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
